I search in project properties->Tools Tab->Build->Options->Misc Tab.

but i cant find somthing that relates to -o2.

I assume you mean "-O2", not "-o2".

In the "Code Generation" tab there's a "Level of optimization" drop down that lets you choose from the various optimization levels.
