slickedit workteam remote

Hi everyone,
I hope you'll help me and my team with a problem occurred last days.
We try to work remotely on server with 2 different session, 2 different PC.
We have slickedit code editor both.
When I save my work, my colleague did not see what I save in real time.
Same think for my, if he save his work I did not see it in real time.
We have to logout and then login to see all change.
My question is, if we have a setting in slickedit that can do this, to see in real time the work of each other without logout and then login .

If you close and reopen the file do you see changes made by your colleague?

Are the files you are editing on the server?
And you are accessing them by a file share? (e.g. \\my-server\someshare\src\file.txt ?)

Also if you switch files and switch back it should detect the difference if the timestamp on the file changed.
