References: cannot collapse/expand after minimization

Search for refs, minimize the refs toolbar by dragging to side, then drag back and notice that expand/collapse arrows are not there anymore.
Searching for new refs doesn't correct the issue, only restarting SE helps.

Reproduced.  Definitely a resizing problem.  Good catch.
