Linux Slickedit Subversion integration
« on: July 25, 2006, 04:24:30 PM »
I have been using slickedit subversion integration (some features) for some time. It runs great on SuSE Linux 9.2 and SuSE Linux 10.1. On my SuSE Linux Enterprise 10 box, whenever I try a version control function, I just get the busy hour glass.
svn works fine from the command line and it is setup in slickedit to the proper path.
Any tricks on how to trace the problem?

Thanks,
Kenn

Sorry for the slow response here.  I had a hunch what might be going on but did not want to say anything until I had a chance to look into this.

I think what is going on is that it is prompting you for a password, but we are having a problem with the code that detects it.

Are you configured so that you are prompted each time you perform a Subversion operation?  I retested this here, and it works for me on Linux using version 11.0.1 of SlickEdit.
