I noticed this in 25.0.0.6 too.
The back/forward buttons in the toolbar are greyed out for me currently, even though I have opened multiple files and have switched between them.
I noticed it once on 25.0.0.6, and I did a restart of SE, and then they weren't greyed out anymore.
Same thing just happened with 25.0.0.7, a restart cleared this issue.
