"Backup History -> Add Comments to Selected Backup" broken in v25

When right-clicking on an older version in the Backup History tool window and selecting "Add Comments to Selected Backup", then the very last version erroneously gets selected.

This means it is not possible to add comments to older versions from the Backup History tool window.

I will look into this, hopefully it is hotfixable.

As a workaround, you can bring the file up in diff and use the "Comment" button.
