Ability to open/edit file directly from Repository Browser
« on: January 06, 2021, 10:19:35 PM »
Started looking more closely with the git integration instead of doing most of it outside of SE.

Use Case:  Looking at files changed from previous git history and opening the file to continue editing.

Outside of SE, I'd use git show, or gitk, Then do a vs <file> to open it up in my current workspace. but I thought I'd try it from via SE's Repository Browser.

It shows the similar tree and lists modified files, but intuitively, I'd like to select the modified file and open it directly within SE (not necessarily the specific version, but at least the current file in the repo).

I can file that as a feature request.  It shouldn't be difficult.
