New file fails
« on: January 23, 2021, 12:32:48 am »
I have a workspace I created by dragging a folder into Slickedit ... so most files are included and it updates automatically.

When I create a new file with File->New with  "Add to project" is checked
Slick will sometimes create the file, then pop this error:

---------------------------
0
---------------------------
The file C:\src\project\foo.sh already exists in project C:\src\project\test.vpj
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

If you have a project with wildcards and then add static file names, SlickEdit  gets confused. A lot of work has been put into v26 to fix this issue. This will not be fixed for v25.
