SlickEdit's file browsing pane is nice, but it would be really nice if I could create a new folder without using the OS instead. In particular, I'd suggest the feature work as follows.
- I right-click in an unused portion of either the folder or file or folder pane.
- I choose the resulting context menu option for "New Folder..." and get a dialog that asks me for a name.
- If I click "OK" in the resulting dialog, it makes the new folder, perhaps navigating to it automatically.
Alternately, the ability to right-click an existing folder and "New Sibling Folder..." or "New Folder..." or "New Child Folder..." or something would work well too.
