MSDiff shows files not in

In MFDiff context menu the "Show files not in..." options don't seem to work.
When these checks are cleared, MFDiff is still showing me files that exist only on one side or the other.

In my case I was comparing trees with over 32,000 files.
On smaller trees, this seems to work.

I did a very small directory diff case and "Show files not in..." has no effect. Dan's added this to his bug list.
