Searching for all of my posts

Is there a way I can search for all my posts to a forum, without entering any keywords?
Currently, I have to enter something in the keyword box, but this is a big disadvantage.

Ideally, It would be more useful to search for all posts by any user, without knowing any content of the post.

If you click on your name (or go to your profile) and click "Show last posts of this person." at the bottom of the page, that should give you what you want.
