Comment Block stack

In Tools > Options > Languages > Application Languages > ANSI-C > Comments
Set the Top or Bottom middle box to 2 or more characters and then CommentBlock (box) fails.

Good catch.  Will be fixed for the next hot fix.

I also modified "Comment Block" to do something sensible with multiple character middle box strings.  Now you can set them to something like "#$!@", and Comment Block will swear across the entire top of the comment.
