Word Wrap While Typing - but not with tab?

When I enable this and type, it wraps as expected.
But, <TAB> inserts spaces and doesn't cause any wrapping.
Why not?
Can I get it to?

I tried this with PlainText and Slick-C documents.


Also, is there a way to get wrapping to indent the body of a paragraph (more or less) than the first line?
