Can't download hotfixes

SlickEdit 12.0.0.2 cannot download hotfixes for me through Help->Product Updates->New Updates...

From home on my personal machine it tells me there are no new updates.  From my office machine, behind the firewall, I get "Error retrieving updates.  MANIFEST: Connection refused."

Is this a problem or is this functionality not for hotfixes?

Hotfix notification is not included from the Update Manager. You have to check the website periodically yourself.

The "Connection refused" is probably due to a personal firewall. You need to be sure your firewall allows 'SlickEditUpdateMgr.exe' to make connections out.
