Where can "Slick-C Macro Programming Guide" be found?

Manual "Slick-C Macro Conventions and Best Practices for End Users" says "... see the Slick-C® Macro Programming Guide that ships with each SlickEdit product  ...". But it's not there. Where can it be found?
