How do I turn off pop-up hex/decimal/etc conversions?

I've searched but haven't found how to disable this pop-up. I found something that said it's under language options. If that's the case, I don't see it. For now, I'd like to turn it off for plain text files or for all file types.

I'm currently running SlickEdit 2021.

maybe appearance -> general -> show number base popups
