FTP Upload doesn't seem to work

My environment: SlickEdit Pro 2021 (v26.0.3.1) on Mac OS 12.5.1

I have an FTP connection and can see files on the server.

I select the local file that I want to upload in my project, then in the menu click File then FTP.  The Upload option is the only menu option that I can't select.  What do I do from here?

That upload option is only for files that are associated with a remote location.  So a file with a URL, like ftp://somehost/path/somefile.ext   

If you go to File -> FTP -> Client, the dialog that comes up should allow you to upload the file to an arbitrary location on the current FTP connection.

Just to add to what Patrick said.
We do not currently have S/FTP integration with our projects (it is an outstanding feature request).
