As of SlickEdit 2022, scroll bars can be configured to use a range of sizes from "Tiny" to "Huge". You can select the size by right-clicking in the document overview bar and choosing a Scroll Bar Size, or going to Tools > Options > Appearance > Scrolling > Scroll Bar Size.
