All font display not clearly on unbuntu with xfce tigerVNC

hello,
I met a problem when use slickedit on unbuntu vnc: all fonts don't display clearly, I attach the screenshot.
Ubuntu: Ubuntu 16.04.7 LTS
xfce: 4.12
vnc: tightvncserver/xenial,now 1.3.10-0ubuntu3 amd64 [installed]
slickedit: 27.0.1.0 64bit or 21.0.3.0 64bit
font: all default font
area: toolbar, menu, editor window

Could you help to tell me how to fix this?

Thanks for the reply.
I have tried to install the QT5 version, but it still doesn't display correctly...
Would it be a problem of xfce?

After having checking it again, I found the font display is better now with QT5 version.
