Opening sample projects during install

During install of 27.0.1 (on a clean machine) I clicked "Open Slickedit sample project"
I picked the C# sample and got this error

Reproduced.  Will put together a fix for 27.0.2.  No point in hot-fixing something that is used in a scenario where you do not have the hot fix loaded yet.
