Hide-code-block and outlining styles are not compatible. Outline styles do not necessarily represent a code block. Maybe we could add a command like hide-outline-block to collapse outline sections.

If you are using outlining, you can use the "plusminus" command to collapse a code block (and uncollapse it). This does not interfere with outlining. It is bound by default to Ctrl+\ (backslash) in most emulations.
