By restore, I mean I made a change to a file. Noticed the red dot showed up to indicate the change. Then I went to the command line and did a git restore to undo the change. The red dot didn’t go away. I waited a few minutes to be sure it wasn’t waiting on the 60 seconds I have set in “Get updates from git every” setting.

Clark has fixed the documentation issues for the next beta, and I believe I have a fix for the restore problem for the next beta.  (beta 5)
