Loading VS Solutions doesn't put files in folders
« on: October 06, 2023, 06:59:11 PM »
I've been using the custom cmake SlickEdit generator for a while, but it has serious issues and isn't at all maintained.
So I decided to try the support for opening VS Solutions.
Generated my project to "Visual Studio 17 2022", and opened it in SlickEdit.
(I have no intention of building from SE, so haven't even tried that).

First time I opened up the project, The left-pane Projects was broken looking.
Rendering had only half rendered everything.
Clicking on stuff to expand it game more brokenness.
But hitting the top/left icon in the pane to collapse it, and then expand it again made it work.

Custom folders are working (great - that never worked in the custom cmake).
But all the Source/Header files are outside the Source/Header folders.

This is still a problem in Beta 4.
Also, I took a screenshot of the bad UI when loading the solution the first time.
(There's also an error in the status bar)
