Replace in files opens more files

I do "Replace in Files" to replace 'from' to 'to' in all files.

Lets say 'from' is found in "file.c".

I am finding that there are multiple tabs getting opened for "file.c" during the multi-file search/replace, so I see a tab for "file.c:1", "file.c:2", etc.

I attached a screenshot of my editor tabs where I did multi file search/replace and "linx_lf_user.c" ended up getting multiple tabs created.

I am using beta4 with Linux x64 qt5

Can you reproduce this with a default config? So far, I'm not having any luck.
