Add "Copy Visible" to the right-click selection context menu if hidden lines

When I right-click in a selection that contains hidden lines, it would be nice for "Copy Visible" to be on the context menu.

Currently, this is on the View menu but it makes sense to having on the context menu too. I'll add this in v29.
