Support for editing/building projects with code in a Ubuntu WSL container has become vital. It mostly supports editing code from a shared folder, but terminal/build/debug/version control, etc., are all seemingly non-functional, and tagging is slow on the network share. VSCode has this mastered, but I really prefer SE's interface as well as the macros I've developed throughout the years.
