Indent ruler

The Current Line Highlight settings are not causing ruler to show.

i.e. current line highlight is showing just the box (and not Tab Ruler or Syntax Indent Ruler).

How do I get the Syntax Indent Ruler to show...?

Now the ruler shows up, I'm not sure what I did.
