Always Jump to Definition or Declaration
« on: October 18, 2007, 01:41:00 PM »
In C or C++, Search > Go to Definition (press Ctrl+Dot or use the push_tag command), will prompt whether you want to jump to the definition or the declaration. To always jump to the definition, click Tools > Options > File Extension Setup, select the Context Tagging® tab, then select the Go to Definition navigates to symbol definition (proc) check box. After jumping to the definition, you can press Ctrl+Dot again to jump to the declaration or Ctrl+Comma to return to the original location.
