[SE 2008] vs antialiasing - vs_fileonly antiliasing

Why vs_fileonly antialiasing looks much better than vs antialiasing?

Fonts will also look good if you use vs_sharedxft (I think that's the name).  I decided to link vs_fileonly with shared access to xft.  It's a bit of a gamble because we really can't predict the percentage of users who may not have the right version of XFT or don't have XFT installed at all.  XFT is not LSB compliant yet.  Assuming not many users have problems, we will switch to building "vs" with shared access to xft (maybe in v14).
