I'm using 13.0.0.0 on windows.

In older versions of slickedit, when I used "Find in Files" and selected "look in directory" it brought up a folder-browsing dialog with the current buffer's directory selected. Now, the folder-browser comes up on "My computer". Navigating from there to the current directory (some 8 levels deep, frequently) is a PITA.

How can I get the old behavior back?
Thanks.

I believe that is set through the option at Tools > Options > Appearance > Advanced "Windows style Browse for Folder dialog".

Thanks! Setting that to 'false' restored the old behavior.

I changed the default code to use the current directory.  I can't see why anyone would want to start at the top level.  This is consistent with what SlickEdit does on Unix.  This change will be available in the 13.0.1 patch
