Problems starting SlickEdit

Hello,

i have some Problems with starting SlickEdit on my LinuxSystem.
If i call "vs" i get the messages :

Fontconfig warning: line 73: unknown element "cachedir"
Fontconfig warning: line 74: unknown element "cachedir"

SlickEdit isnt starting after that.

Trying on Fedora Core 8 in a virtual VMWare Machine
SlickEdit Version 11

Can anyone give me a hint where to look?
So i can bring my lovely SlickEdit up to run.

Try 'Search' the forums .. you would find  this posting ;)

hi, I a green hand ,I still had the same problem.
I install it at fedora10,
I had try VisualSlickEdit12.03forlinux,VisualSlickEdit11.01forlinux,SlickEdit2009v14.0.0.7,se_14000102_linux_full.tar,
all of them can not start ,it seems hold ,when follow info come out

I search all  help ,but ,they problem is in "fine"
my problem is ,SE can not start ,
I don't know why,
