sales - my emails not received?

hello all,
It has been a while since i used SE, my last/current version is 19.
some 2-3 months ago i started using it and wrote to sales about 2-3 times in different dates, yes checked spam inbox for mails but no reply!!

Did anyone ever upgrade a single platform only? what was the cost?

hope someone from SE can comment and tell if its possible or not!

I'm not sure I ever initiated a conversation through email. Try calling them. They have always been prompt and helpful for me.

no idea what would be the cost of an international call to usa but that is the last option and leave it for other situations.
