HI All,

I was surprised to learn the other day (whilst trying to to this) that I could not link a lexer / colour settings to font changes.  This (again) is something I was able to do in Codewright and it was very handy.  For example, for normal programming work, Courier New 12 is fine for me and works well.  However, for working through trace files, Courier New 8 is much better.  I noticed that I also could not set the default window text coding for a specific lexer to BOLD, whilst other lexers would keep the default normal.

One way I though this could be achieved in Slickedit (as was done in Codewright) is to have lexers own their own colour maps and display schemes.  This worked quite well.

Is an addition like this a possibility?

Cheers,

Adrian.

For any and all who were not privy to the thread that Adrian had with support@slickedit.com, this is an existing Feature Request in the SlickEdit Feature Request Development Tracker.
