NullPointerException at startup
« on: December 22, 2008, 05:24:50 pm »
I get a NullPointerException on startup after installing SECore 3.4.0 into Eclipse 3.4.1 under Ubuntu 8.10. It appears the editor defaults to standard Eclipse java editor so I can continue to work but without SECore. Any hints?

Hmm, well there isn't any SlickEdit class in that trace.  Even though you get an NPE, is Core active?  Does Help > About SlickEdit Core work?  What happens if you start Eclipse with a new workspace?

Well, it works just fine when I use a clean workspace. Thanks!
