SE for Intel Compiler
« on: January 15, 2009, 08:06:41 pm »
Did some digging but it appears that SE doesn't support using the Intel compiler. I do cross platform work and am currently using the Intel compiler on an Intel Mac (Leopard) with XCode 3.0 and on Windows (XP) with VS2008. Are there any plans for support of the Intel compiler on either platform? If so what is the target release date?

Thanks

I use 4 or 5 compilers that SlickEdit doesn't know about "out of the box".
I added them myself:
1.  Open the Project Properties dialog.
2.  Click on the Compile/Link tab.
3.  Click on the "..." button in the upper right corner (to the far right of the "Compiler" label).
4.  Click the "Add..." button and then fill in the information about my compiler.
5.  Repeat the steps once for each compiler I want to add.
