flex slickedit core interactions

Hi,

after a demoing quite a few products for AS3 development I opted for SlickEdit core + Flex Builder 3 plugin which adds up to a pretty high functioning IDE for flex dev.  The issue I'm having is that whereas the SlickEdit core puts the flex editor to shame it doesn't work very in the flex debug perspective - i.e. breakpoints are not visible, variable mouseovers don't display values etc.   Many times a day I have to toggle the default editor for action script between the flex builder editor and the slick edit core - This is very tedious using the mouse.  Does anyone on the slickedit core team know how to cook macro to accomplish this toggle ?  As far as I can tell default file associations are global (i.e. persist across perspectives) in eclipse.

I know the breakpoint issue is irritating many of our customers on Flex Builder so I'll see what I can do when I get a chance.  You are correct in that the file associations in Eclipse persist across all perspectives .

Just so you know, improving our integration with Flex Builder is high on our priority list for Core 3.5.0: http://community.slickedit.com/index.php?topic=3925.0.
