Version Control Setup

Hello,

How does SlickEdit populate the Tools->Options->Version Control Setup->SCC Providers list box?

I'm guessing it is a registry key or keys...

Currently, I select a listed provider, click "Initialize", and get the message that a certain dll can't be found.

Yes, it is from registry entries.

Does the dll it is complaining about exist?  Typically, this indicates a problem with the VC system installation.  The registry indicates that the dll is still there, but it is not.
