icon transparency
« on: September 19, 2006, 10:08:56 PM »
ok, here's a softball.  my adaptor/monitor seems a bit happier at 16bit color rather than 32bit.  so, i changed it.  but when i do, the icons on the toolbars (symbol & def, for example), but not the icons with the main menu, get a black boxed background.  is there a setting which will fix this?

i have experienced the same problem after updating my pc at work (win 2k) to 11.0.2 but i do not have the problem on my private pc (win xp)... for me it seems like a feature ;) of 11.0.2  in combination with elder operating systems...

And the new Slick icons are in XP-format.
W2k didn't support transparency (icons, dektop, windows) by default AFAIK.
