Hang on exit or closing Build (.process) buffer

Whenever I try to exit Slickedit (or close the "Build (.process)" buffer, I'll get the following message in the status line:

Attempting to exit process.  Hold down Ctrl+Shift+Alt+F2 to abort

After waiting a few minutes, I grow impatient and press the recommended key sequence which generates the following Slick-C stack trace:

 Break key pressed.  Macro halted

I am running SlickEdit 13.0.2 with Hotfix revision 18 applied.  Has anyone seen this or know how to fix it?

FYI, I resolved the issue by killing all cmd.exe processes using the Task Manager.  This allowed me to close the process buffer and subsequently exit SlickEdit.  Apparently the conditions were just right to cause the "for( ; ; )" loop in exit_process() to never exit.
