Export options zip file is invalid
« on: March 22, 2009, 08:28:55 AM »

In the Slick 2009 latest release on WinXP SP3, the export options feature creates an invalid zip file that neither slickedit options import or anything else I have can open.  I tried emailing this to support but it got rejected due to the zip file attachment.

I was able to open the zip file using the Import Options feature.  All it had in it was some spell check options - is that accurate or did you have more options on there?

We are aware of the problem with opening these zip files outside of SlickEdit.

Hmm, it opens ok for me now too.  I had guessed that despite the extension, it wasn't a normal zip file but when I tried importing it I got an error dialog  - however, I think what happened was that I clicked on the key bindings dialog "import" button (in haste) and got an "invalid document structure" dialog.  Sorry about that!

This will be fixed in the next update.
