There is a good chance your session will expire and you will have to re-Login.
If you do not remember your Username and/or Password, then now is a great time to re-acquaint yourselves with them.
You should also verify that your Email address is still correct so that you actually receive the reset email after clicking on "Forgot your password?"
You can view and edit your Username and Email address from Profile>Account Settings.
