Hi there. Outside of our normal language support for JavaScript, ActionScript, etc., you probably won't find any readily available add-ons for JQuery or ActionScript 3 support in SlickEdit. We do not have a plug-in mechanism like Eclipse.
Since you have been evaluating SlickEdit, and currently use Aptana/Eclipse, have you tried out our Eclipse plug-in? If you are looking to get away from Eclipse, this would obviously not be the route to go
, but as a test I installed every Aptana feature from their update site into my Eclipse 3.4 with SlickEdit Core installed, and they seem to coexist. This would allow you to use our editor in conjunction with any plug-ins you also use for building/running/debugging your web apps...if that is what you are after. If this environment sounds appealing to you and your team you might want to give it a trial run.
If there are any shortcomings with this IDE feel free to let us know. We have been able to beef up our integration with several different plug-ins in order to provide a better environment for our users (P4WSAD, Flex Builder 3, and others).
