I've tried searching here and looking in the help file, but I haven't been able to find the answer to this question:

How do I get the Ctrl+/ to be associated with Go To Reference to [...] instead of Show [...] In Class Brower?

I think what you want is to go to Tools->Options->Key Bindings and then bind it to push-ref.
