why I can not send a personal message

When I send a PM, the forum returns the following error:
Method Not Implemented
POST to /index.php not supported.

My browser is Firefox 3.0, and I also use IE8.0 to retry, but failed too.
I am new to this forum, do I not have this permisson?

This error can happen if you use the word sub_str (without the underscore) in your message or certain other things.

I believe the problem is in the way slickedit have set up the forum and not a problem with the SMF forum software itself.

Yeh, I think that is the problem, because I want to paste some codes in my PM, and there is sub_str.
