FontOverrides - override font/view settings for certain toolbars

Purpose:
Override font settings and/or certain window settings for various toolbars:  Build, Output, Preview, References, Search.

Written for:
SlickEdit 12, 13, 14.

Installation:
1.  Copy the FontOverrides.e file to your macros folder.
2.  Load the FontOverrides.e file.
3.  Use the Macros|Load Macro... command to load the macro module.
4.  Read the comments at the top of the FontOverrides.e file for information on how to configure it.

Examples:

1.  Override Preview toolbar font to be 9pt:
Press Escape to get to the SlickEdit command line, type set-var def_tbfsize_preview and press Enter, type 9 and press Enter.

2.  Override Output toolbar to show line numbers:
Press Escape to get to the SlickEdit command line, type set-var def_tbflags_output and press Enter, type linenumbers and press Enter.
