feature request: right-click to access file properties

My previous IDE allowed you to right-click on a file-name tab and open up the file properties.  It also let you right-click on the file name in the project tree and do the same.  These would be handy features to have in SE.

SE offers a clickable 'RW' resp. 'RO' field in the status bar (right corner) to do this.
This affects the current file though.

Thanks for the info on the RO/RW field.  I had not noticed that before.
