Is this a feature and can I disable it?

When a .c file, for example, EXP16_core_timer.c, is open, the corresponding header file, EXP16_core_timer.h, doesn't have its name shown in the file name tab. I'd like to know if this is a feature I can disable. I would like to see the complete name listed in the tab.

Right-click on the file tabs, and uncheck "Abbreviate similar files".
