Smart Open needs an "open" button

The Smart Open window is pretty cool but if I select multiple files to open it is very un-intuitive what to do to open all the selected files.  Apparently selecting a bunch of files and then double clicking one of them works but that's hardly intuitive.  How about an [Open] button?

We went the route of using context menus on that tool window since there are so many operations.

This is an issue we struggle with. Some tool windows have icons for operations, like the Bookmarks Tool Window and Backup History, and others don't. I think a lot of it comes down to available space. We were really running out of space on the new Open tool window.
