sync project to perforce workspace

I work on a project with about 30K files and many tens of programmers. I use SE 14.
The perforce workspace changes frequently - files are added and deleted all the time. How can I keep my SE project in sync with perforce's workspace? The problem is that new files are not tagged and not listed in project view.

Check out this macro.
Install it, configure it, then use "ssync" at the SE command prompt (<Esc> in most emulations) to update the project file list.
