Any command executed in Build window hangs
« on: October 28, 2009, 10:56:41 AM »
Hello,

I hope someone can help me in my problem. I don't know why but all of the sudden any command that I execute in Build window hangs. For example if I execute command "echo $0" in the Build window it does seemingly nothing. Top command shows a process named "sh" that takes 100% CPU time.

I use Kubuntu 9.04 and Slickedit 14.0.2.2.

I've tried to delete all user configuration data (~/.slickedit), but that has no effect.

Please help me.  ???

Hi again,

I'm not really sure why, but "sudo apt-get install tcsh" solved the issue. I also found a similar thread (http://community.slickedit.com/index.php?topic=5157) which helped.

Anyway, problem solved!  ;D
